What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understanding each customer's unique needs and requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Develop and implement retention strategies to make sure we provide the best customer experience
Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution
Provide information and guidance to customers on energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives
Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management
Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the our services
Contributing information to sales and marketing strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reaction.
Onboarding new customers through our system from start to finish following our customer journey policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge and/or experience of the Energy sector is not essential but an interest and eagerness in sustainable energy is important
Experience of building relationships with customers and balancing priorities
Someone who takes satisfaction from a great customer experience, with the ability to take on feedback and look for improvements
A real collaborator, keen to support colleagues and be agile in a fast paced, scaling business
You’ll be keen to be creative and innovative, driving new and fresh ideas about customer campaigns and other company initiatives - diversity of thought is really important to us
The role is office based (5 days a week in Union [Manchester City Centre]) so you’ll enjoy working with people, collaborating with colleagues up to Director level on a day to day basis.
