Description

To build and maintain relationships with customers, to retain them for extended periods of time. You will gain an extensive understanding of an organization and their needs.

What will you be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Understand each customer's unique needs and requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to make sure we provide the best customer experience

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution

  • Provide information and guidance to customers on energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives

  • Raising customer business concerns and needs to the company’s management

  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management

  • Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services

  • Contributing information to sales and marketing strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions.

  • Onboarding new customers through our system from start to finish following our customer journey policies and procedures 

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge and/or experience of the energy sector is not essential but an interest and eagerness to learn is

  • You’ll collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to make sure we’re providing a seamless customer experience

  • You’ll actively seek feedback and improvements 

  • Great communication skills

  • Someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team and a great culture

  • You’ll surface new and fresh ideas about customer campaigns and other company initiatives - diversity of thought is really important to us
