What is the reward?
A reward would or a bespoke commission will be credited to your UE account if the referral results in the successful onboarding of a new contract.
What does the direct supply mean?
Direct Supply means the purchasing or sourcing of energy (electricity or gas) directly from Unify Energy as a supplier, bypassing the traditional intermediaries, brokers, etc.
What’s the process?
To submit a referral, you simply need to complete the web form on our referrals page with your personal details. We’ll then send you an email confirming we’ve got your referral.
When the contract is agreed and signed, we will contact you about referral credit. Please note, this process can take a number of months to complete but we’ll be in touch as soon as we have news.
What is considered a referral?
A new business contact who would be a great addition to the Unify Energy business.
Exclusions
Existing customers, existing customer expansions or relocations are not considered a referral.
Claims cannot be made retrospectively and you should submit your referral before an enquiry is made with us. Rewards are allocated at the discretion of Unify Energy and we reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
What if someone else submits the same referral?
All referrals are time-stamped. The credit will be awarded to the customer who was first to submit the referral.
If we receive a referral that has previously been supplied by an agent, another customer or if we are already in contact with them, then the referral will not be valid.
What if the referrer is already connected to the company they are referring, for example a shareholder, non-exec director, investor or it’s a sister company? Is it still an eligible referral?
Please note that all referral credits and commissions are awarded at the sole discretion of Unify Energy. We reserve the right to review and amend rewards to ensure the integrity of the scheme is maintained.Yes, as long as the company being referred would be a new customer to Unify Eenrgy. Expansions or relocations of existing customers are not eligible.
Are there any alternatives to the credits provided?
There are no alternatives to the credit.
When do I get my credit?
Credits will be applied to your Unify Energy account once the referred customer goes live and successfully pays their first invoice. We will contact you upon completion. If you have not heard from us within 6 months of submitting your referral, please contact hello@unifyeenrgy.co.uk for an update.
I am no longer a Unify Energy customer, am I still eligible for the credit?
If you are no longer a Unify Energy customer since making your referral, you are no longer eligible for the credit as the only way to earn the credit is on your energy bill.
My business already has an agreement to be paid commission to provide leads, am I eligible?
No, where a prior agreement is already in place between Unify Energy and the referrer and/or their business to provide leads on a commission basis no further incentive will be paid.
How long is the reward scheme running for?
Referrals made until July 2026 will be eligible for the scheme.
Are there any other restrictions?
Customer must remain current within their Unify Energy account to be eligible for the reward.
Unify Energy reserves the right to withdraw this reward scheme at any time.
