What is a PPA?
A PPA is a power purchase agreement. It's the most common way business customers purchase Green Energy from a renewable generator like a wind farm.
More and more customers are thinking about how they can own or develop their generation assets whether that's buying a bit of a wind farm or installing solar panels on their rooftops. What is Energy Sleeving?
Energy sleeving means that energy is transferred to the buyer through an intermediary supplier, in this case, Unify Energy. Working on behalf of the buyer, the supplier helps in facilitating the to and fro of the money and energy from the renewable energy project and is responsible for blending this with any additional top-up that might be required from the grid to the buyers' energy needs.
