Key responsibilities:
To coordinate and manage all physical metering sitework activities, from new connections to removals. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure site works are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
What will you be doing:
Pre-site visit assessment: Liaise with customers to obtain site contacts, site-specific details and safety information required prior to any job booking
Siteworks coordination: Liaise with customers and metering agents to coordinate site visit tasks across the full lifecycle of metering, including installation, removal, fault resolution and exchanges for both gas and electricity.
Communications & Issues: Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring customers are aware of necessary information prior to any site visit and resolving on-site issues should they arise during the works.
Quoting and invoice validation: Prepare and provide accurate metering job quotes to customers and validate all meter installation and site visit invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
Project facilitation: Oversee specific customer metering projects where multiple installations or removals are required, ensuring customer deadlines are met and works are completed as efficiently as possible.
Performance Tracking: Report on site visit outcomes and project milestones to company management to ensure service level agreements are met.
Quality Control: Follow up with customers after site visits to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
What we’re looking for:
Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple site visits and projects simultaneously, factoring in customer requirements and industry-agreed standards
Technical Curiosity: While direct experience in siteworks is not essential, an eagerness to learn the mechanics of energy is vital.
Clear Communication: The ability to translate technical site requirements into clear information for customers and internal teams.
Collaborative Spirit: You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to project completion.
Analytical Eye: Precision in validating invoices and assessing project results to protect commercial interests.
